Frank
Gemmato
has been practicing acupuncture
since 1980. After
receiving a Bachelor
of Arts degree from Tufts University,
he went on to study at the New
England School of Acupuncture
under James Tin Yau So
and Ted Kaptchuk,
two of the pioneers of acupuncture
in America.
Licensed
to practice in Oregon since 1983,
Mr. Gemmato has
been Staff Acupuncturist at The
Portland Naturopathic Clinic
and a core faculty member of the
Oregon College of Oriental
Medicine. He is certified
by the National Council
for the Certification of Acupuncturists
(NCCA).
Mr.
Gemmato has developed new
protocols that have proven successful
in the promotion of healthy aging.
This integrated approach utilizes
a unique combination of acupuncture,
herbs and nutrition. Programs for
detoxification,
inflammation control, intestinal
repair, weight
management and
hormonal regulation help
patients enhance the quality, as
well as the length, of their lives. |

She is in charge of all aspects of
